During the past five decades Cliff Ganschow has led a series of entities that pioneered a broad spectrum of market-defining agricultural achievements, which in turn laid the foundation for Terra Worldwide, of which he is now chairman. For more than 20 years Mr. Ganschow was a principal owner and chief executive of one of the industry’s largest communications organizations, originating more than 100 print and electronic publications, such as Big Farmer magazine, the industry’s first publication to exclusively serve top family farms and ranches, and Farm Futures, the industry’s first risk management publication and now in its fifth publication decade. Related to the publishing activities, a variety of farm data services were provided to global agribusiness clients.
Mr. Ganschow then became a principal owner and the chairman of America’s largest farm management and farm mortgage correspondent companies. From that base he developed a series of specialized farmland advisory programs which ultimately led to Terra Worldwide. Terra is an innovative advanced data analytics to source and manage exceptional farmland opportunities on behalf of institutional and private investors.
